Toilet issues require attention!!! Room preparations should meet check-in times!!! No remote for the TV creates unnecessary frustration!!! Proper window fittings would enhance the sleeping experience!!!

Location was phenomenal, just a minute from the beach. The staff were super attentive, helping with our bags and early check-in. Room was clean and comfy, perfect for what we needed!

stayed at harbour for two nights and it was a complete letdown. the room was dirty and far from the pictures shown. the hotel needs major cleaning and improvements.

the shower was broken and unusable.

The best and worst parts

Omar was a lifesaver! His help with our bags and early check-in made our stay enjoyable. Fabulous beachfront location enhanced our experience.

Unmanned hotel with no staff around. My room was small, with the bathroom in poor condition and a dirty shower curtain. No one available for assistance.

The superior room was clean, featuring comfortable memory foam mattresses, ensuring restful nights. Staff members were consistently friendly and accommodating, making interactions pleasant throughout the stay. the layout was confusing, and the room had a broken lock, which raised security concerns. I encountered a disturbing odor in the hallways that negatively impacted my experience.

Helpful staff ensured a smooth stay, accommodating our luggage needs even after checkout. The location was excellent, right near the beach. the room had a few cleanliness issues and lacked proper signage which made finding the hotel slightly tricky.
